I’ve been hearing a lot of buzz about some new ink blending brushes from Picket Fence Studio called Life Changing Brushes. I’ve also hear a lot of talk about dupes that are much less expensive and made for make-up application. I found a set of 10 on Ebay for only $6 so I decided to give them a try. I think they work really well and used them to make this cute Valentine Skunk card using the Hey Love stamps and Stitched Heart dies from Stampin’ Up too.
I love the new Nine Lives cat themed stamp set from Stampin’ Up! It works with the Cat Punch that came out a while ago. You can make solid, tabby or calico cats, it’s so cute. I made this sweet Valentine’s Day card with it and the punch and new paper too.
I’m so excited about the new products in the Stampin’ Up Occasions catalog for 2019, so much cute stuff! One of my fave sets is “Hey Love”, it’s got so many cute critters to make Valentine’s Day cards. I made this fun Gorilla card and filmed a video tutorial for it. Christmas is almost here! If you’ve grabbed a gift card at the last minute for a gift here’s a cute way to wrap it up. I made this polar bear shaped gift card holder using the Gift Bag Add On Bear dies from Mama Elephant. It would also be great for someone with a winter birthday.
I made 3 different cards using the Christmas is Coming stamp set and dies from Hello Bluebird. I used a different coloring technique for each one. This is a long one so grab a cup of something warm and sit back and enjoy!
These cute tags make the perfect accent for your gifts this holiday season! I used stamps and dies from Stampin’ Up‘s Signs of Santa stamp set with matching dies to make them.
The rustic look is super trendy right now and I know everyone is pressed for time during the holidays so I wanted to make a quick and easy card with that nice rustic look. I used the Ready for Christmas stamps from Stampin’ Up and some left over embellishments from Paper Pumpkin kits.
I wanted to make a fun winter card but put a twist on it by using a mermaid. She’s sitting on a rock with snow falling behind and she’s going to post this pic on Instagram with the hashtag: “# I <3 Winter”.
The inspiration for this card came from the latest challenge over on the Lawnfanatics blog, it’s a Color Challenge from the Lawn Fawn Really Rainbow Christmas papers and I chose to focus on the blue and pink. I used Gotta Have Gingham papers, Selfie Frames dies, Mermaid for You, Yeti Set Go and Making Frosty Friends stamp sets from Lawn Fawn.
I made this fun skating snowman card with a stamp from Stamin’ Up’s Spirited Snowmen set using a reverse image or mirror stamping technique. The Frost White Shimmer Paint makes the perfect ice for the reflection!
