Using clear silicone stamps from Michael’s I created 4 quick and easy Halloween cards. I’ll show you some fun card backgrounds along with some tips for getting good impressions with silicone stamps.
I used the cute Woof Pack stamps from My Favorite Things, pattern papers and embossing folder from Stampin’ Up and a die from Lawn Fawn to create 2 Missing You cards with a masculine style.
I used the brand new Stampin’ Up Whale Done stamps, Whale of a Time Papers and Pinewood Plank Embossing Folder to create this Undersea Porthole Slimline card.
Using the brand new Cat-astrophe stamps from My Favorite Things I created a fun Get Well Soon pop up card with a faux box of tissues inside. The pattern papers are new from Stampin Up from their Pampered Pets papers.
I created this fun Unicorn card with the Dragons and Unicorns stamp set from Hero Arts. For the starry background I ink blended on an embossing folder so the white stars still shine through. I used markers and inks from Spectrum Noir for my coloring and inking.
I wanted to create some Thank You cards for the staff working in the nursing home that take care of my mother and also cared for my grandmother who recently passed. Now is the perfect time to say thanks to all the medical staff who are helping take care of us during this difficult time fighting the Covid-19 virus. My Favorite Things is generously offering several of their nurse and Dr. stamps as FREE digital downloads through 4/30/20, so I used them to make my cards. I’ll show you how to resize PDF images and how to color them with Prismacolor Pencils using a blending solution in my latest video.
I used one of the new Whimsical and Wild stamp sets from Jane Davenport to create a fun Alice in Wonderland themed card. I used Distress Crayons from Tim Holtz to watercolor the image and added a few tea charms to finish it off.
